Stayed one night at the Mode for work. Located on the front opposite a cinema. Located near some restaurants such as Tiggi's. Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was OK, has its own car park but plenty if parking along the road. Room was facing the front with a small balcony. Nice in the summer.
This is a lovely hotel which is well placed for St Annes centre . Hotel was modern and very clean . Rooms were well equipped and very comfortable . Breakfast was continental , lots of choice and plenty of it . If you prefer a cooked breakfast there are cafes and Toby Carvery close by . The ladies on reception who booked us in were very friendly and welcoming . There is a small car park but there is also a car park opposite and on street parking around the corner . All in all a great hotel which I would definitely visit again.

Fantastic location and view of the beach and sea! Highly recommended in walking distance of everything. We stayed in the sea view apartment and it was perfect. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, huge modern kitchen and gorgeous lounge area. Very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Nice little touches like dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets. Parking was a bonus!
Lovely hotel, has everything you need for an overnight stay, great location, opposite the beach, lovely staff, very clean and tidy, limited parking on site, you have to book, however there's several 24 hr car parking within 10 min walk away. Definitely stay again St Ann's is only a short taxi ride away.
Booked through late rooms for 2 deluxe rooms on morning of arrival realised late rooms had put us in Lytham and not St Annes hotel. Emailed Mode hotel and they called with upgrade to 2 bed apartment attached to Mode Hotel with balcony. Apartment was beautiful with everything you would need, staff really helpful and friendly. Lift in apartments a little temperamental. Excellent location across from beach and most amenities, short walk to main square. Definitely be back.
Great location, fabulous staff. Standard room we were in was cosy and no fridge. However it did look like it had been recently decorated.
Mode hotels and apartments are lovely and great places to stay we have enjoyed our stays every time, The staff are lovely bedrooms and rooms really clean, would recommend them to anyone. Continental breakfast is lovely plenty to choose from staff very helpful breakfast room was really clean too. Would give 10/10 excellent
